Ryan Bonner

Ryan joined the World Ventures Board in 2012, and serves as the current President. Ryan graduated from Huntington University with a degree in business management. He has spent time as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and Wells Fargo Advisors, and he is currently the Vice President of Business Administration at a local Managing General Underwriter of group health insurance plans.
Dr. Stephen Coats
Vice President
Dr. Coats is a physician, entrepreneur, and global leader dedicated to healthcare and sustainable business development. A founding member of World Ventures, he has spent decades addressing economic challenges in Africa and Asia through medical mission trips and helping communities build sustainable businesses for financial stability.
Married to Margaret for over 50 years, he is a proud father of three and grandfather of nine. Since moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1978 after completing medical school at Indiana University and specialty training at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, he has served on multiple boards, shaping community leadership.
As a co-founder and first President of Dupont Hospital, Dr. Coats revolutionized patient care, making it the first hospital in Fort Wayne to offer open TV access, customizable menus, and concierge services—a hospitality-driven model adopted by only three hospitals in the United States. Dupont helped redefine the patient experience.

With over 30 years of leadership and business development experience, Joe enjoys being part of an organization focused on improving lives. He works with clients to offer practical business guidance and helps support steady operations and thoughtful growth along the way.
Rick Brown
Officer
Rick is a native of Nashville, TN, and a graduate of Austin Peay State University. He joined the World Ventures Board in 2023 after hearing about their mission and seeing the impact their work is having on so many communities and lives. Rick has served in executive roles within the consumer-packaged goods industry for the past 40 years and brings a unique business perspective to World Ventures. Rick and his wife, Keley, are active in the Fort Wayne community through various non-profit organizations.
Paul Stange

Paul Stange is a graduate of Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), where he earned his degree in Business Management. He brings an analytical mindset and a practical, data-informed approach to decision-making. Paul is passionate about serving others and cares deeply about good stewardship. He enjoys applying his skills to help organizations create meaningful opportunities that lead to lasting impact.
